Before we do let's get some guidance from Lauren Johnson Norris she's watching along with us what you do, what should we be looking for here, what would you do if you were crossing him if you were Aaron Nelson the the defense attorney Crossing, would you be aggressive here, what would you do.

Well you're definitely going to be aggressive because there are some weird Parts about this story, first the prosecutor kept bringing up the not enough bullets line and I think there must be something out there in the police report he didn't make this statement previously this came out of somewhere and I would be ready to cross-examine on that because doesn't sound like he said that previously you can just tell by the way the prosecutor is asking that question trying to sanitize it on the front end and then I'd also want to ask that question about why is he using the language “the gunman” who kind of planted that idea in his head because that's not language that regular people use that's the language of police that's the language of Courts but it's certainly not the language of the street and you know finally I would want to mention that he's got this prior history, we don't know exactly you I might not know exactly what he has but the defense is going to know if he has those crimes of moral interpret toe and how is that consistent with showing up to be the hero in this case because clearly he's establishing himself to be someone who came forward to do the right thing even though it's scary.
